I was really surprised to see this one being sold on foot on a beach resort in Cavite. This usually is served on a seafood restaurant (some stalls on foodcourts also sell this) and this does not come cheap.But it was sold to me at only 25 pesos and also comes with vinegar. Tastewise its on the bitter side, maybe because of the batter used or the way it was fried, but would be great accompanied by a cold beer.
